Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 3, 2026
1. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment, you provide reasonable notice. This will enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. No-Shows
A "no-show" is someone who misses an appointment without cancelling it in an adequate manner. Failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in your patient history and may affect your ability to book future appointments online. No refunds will be provided for appointments missed without prior notice.
3. Refund Policy
If you have pre-paid for an appointment or consultation and cancel it within the accepted 24-hour timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
- Platform convenience fees (if applicable at the time of booking) are strictly non-refundable.
4. Platform Subscription (For Partners/Clinics)
For businesses subscribing to our software platform, subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
